The product range settings allow you access to our well-tried, innovative injection mortar FIS V (vinyl ester hybrid) and FIS EM (epoxy resin). Both are equipped with German Approvals (DIBt) and European Technical Approvals (ETA) for post installed reinforcement connections. These system approvals allow the safe design and implementation of the connections. With Rebarfix 3.1, you can provide the necessary calculation created professionally in minimal time.
For Germany the calculation are based on the concrete standard DIN 1045-1:2008-08 and the approvals of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) for the included resin injection systems. These calculations presuppose an appropriate suitability and expertise of the design engineer. The utilisation of the program assumes a good knowledge in concrete construction, structural concrete design and adequate experience by the operator.
The main interface of the program, in Windows Vista Layout, is based on years of experience with technical software in the construction industry and allows its very user friendly handling without time-consuming training. There are special application requirements for the site staff, the responsible construction management and the executing company . These requirements are in addition to the regular working process on the construction site and regulated in the approvals for post installed rebar.
The multi-functional screen-mask offers the possibility to enter all necessary parameters without changing the screen. During the input, the program always calculates the utilisation of the selected rebar. Thus the user has a constant overview and can always make changes that lead to a positive result. The results page includes the selected steel diameter and alternatively and optionally the results of the neighbouring steel diameters . This gives the possibility for a fast overview and the chance for a more favourable choice than was first selected.
